Music Genre(Blues)

In this video my group is playing blues in C, and I am singing a blues song called At last by Etta James. What I found difficult about arranging this piece was being able to sing in front of my class mates confidently and learning how to be more confident in my voice, and knowing that I can't get any better if I'm not trying my hardest and seeing which areas I can better myself in. Some challenges we faced as a group were trying to put everyone's talents together and making everything go well within our group and what each person played for example the guitar, drums, etc. We overcame these challenges when we kept on practicing and once miss came in and gave each and everyone advice of how to be better in what we were doing individually, then helping us put everything into 1 some what successful piece of music. Our performance was alright I guess, we were able to at least go through one whole round with everyone doing their part. I feel like our performance could have been better if we all tried our best and was confident in what we were doing, like if I was able to sing louder and let my all vocals out, and if the guitar and bass were a bit more clean. What I enjoyed about this task was being able to learn a bit more about the people in our group, and getting to work with them. What I learned from this task was how to work in a team well with the opposite gender, and being able to communicate well with each other. What I will do differently for the next task is working well with my team members and making sure I try my hardest to be more confident around my class peers.

Health Managing Self

||MANAGING SELF||

10 KIRI Health 2K18

What does "Managing Self" mean?                                                                                                        -Managing self to me means taking responsibility for your own self and being able to do the things you should be doing without being told.

What have we been learning about managing self in PE?                                                                  WALT manage ourselves by coming up with what we should do before, during, and after a PE lesson, then trying to manage ourselves by completing those things and choosing to abide by those rules.

What have you enjoyed about learning about and focusing on managing self in PE?                      I have really enjoyed being able to understand what we should do during a lesson before actually participating in our sport or activity that we have planned out to participate in. Because it's helped me focus on my attitude and actions during PE and it has taught me to be more mindful of what I do in class, which is really helpful for me and also has a effect on others as well.

What part or parts of managing self have you done well in PE?
I feel like I have done well so far with managing what I do during our practical lessons because I have been able to see what we are suppose to do before a lesson. Then during the lesson, trying to succeed in doing those things well or the way I am suppose to do them. For example I feel like our practical lessons have been a bit better because everyone in class is able to see our learning intention so basically what we're trying to achieve in the particular lesson, and we are all able to try complete that to our best ability, trying to better ourselves in places we had a poor attitude against.

What have you found challenging or difficult about managing self in PE?
I guess understanding some sports that I
